Information we collect
The eligibility form collects your name, phone number and course interest. It may also record the page you used, the referring page and campaign parameters in the address so we can understand which enquiry the form relates to.
How we use and store it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable study routes and manage any support you ask us to provide. The details are sent over HTTPS to our Kommo CRM account, which we use to manage enquiries and adviser follow-up.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage the requested support and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to provide, correct or delete your information, or raise another privacy request, by emailing contact@topeducation.uk. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.
